Why Should You Use a Tripod While Training?
A tripod allows for GKL+ React to utilize the faceoff athlete's back camera during training sessions. The back camera is stronger and has better quality when compared to the front camera on any smartphone. By positioning the smartphone directly over top of the ball, GKL+ React is now able to capture the faceoff athlete's reaction time with better technology, as well as eliminate the potential triggers caused by background movement when using the front camera. This allows for the athlete to detect, capture, and track their reaction time with more accuracy and consistency.
Any tripod can be used for the GKL+ React app when using the back camera, but our tripod's design allows for adequate space between the tripod and the ball so that the faceoff athlete doesn't have to worry about hitting the tripod while training.
